What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ depends on the complexity of the design and materials required. Generally, for custom OEM backpacks and luggage, the MOQ starts at 500 pieces per color/design. However, we can discuss flexible terms for trial orders.
Do you provide custom samples before bulk production?
Yes, absolutely. With our 18 years of experience, we highly recommend creating a physical sample first. Sample production typically takes 7-14 days. The sample fee is fully refundable once the bulk order is confirmed.
What is your standard production lead time?
Once the pre-production sample is approved and the deposit is received, standard mass production takes approximately 35 to 45 days. Lead times may vary slightly during peak manufacturing seasons.
